We want people to encounter Jesus both personally and practically through discipleship, community, care, support, and belonging.

We believe the Gospel belongs beyond the walls of the church. We are committed to serving San Bernardino and helping rebuild the places where people live, learn, work, and gather.

Meet our Pastors
BJ and Jessica Sims are the co-founders and Senior Leaders of C4 — City Center Community Church — planted in the heart of downtown San Bernardino. Together they lead a growing family built around three pillars: Revive Family, Restore Hope, Rebuild Cities.
BJ is a public servant and community advocate who currently sits on the countywide Drugs and Gangs Taskforce executive board and the Public Safety and Human Relations Commission of San Bernardino City. His mission is to bridge the gap between public agencies and the community.
Jessica specializes in entrepreneurship development, with a particular focus on startups — expertise she’s bringing directly into C4’s mission as a business development hub for the area, helping local entrepreneurs and small business owners build ventures that are more profitable and more sustainable.
Together, BJ and Jessica also co-founded The City Center SB, a community organization holding San Bernardino County contractor status — building real civic partnerships that put feet to the church’s mission in the neighborhoods it serves.
